We are committed to removing the structural and legal barriers that disproportionately impact Black, brown, and low-income communities. This is about more than paperwork- it’s about liberation, second chances, and building power for those who have long been denied it.

We are on the frontlines of criminal justice reform with a focused mission on expungement and all the legal and social frameworks that surround it. GLEN is uniquely positioned to create real, tangible change for people impacted by past convictions- helping them move forward with their lives. Our board and team are passionate, deeply knowledgeable, and committed to justice, equity, and empowerment. We are building strong partnerships across legal, policy, and community spaces, and our work is gaining momentum with funders and leaders alike.
